This Vinyasa Yoga class cleanses, recharges, and relieves stress, with an emphasis is on breathing and healthy pose alignment. We take a meditative approach, but there is still a good amount of movement and some sweat. Each class is approximately 75 minutes and ends with final relaxation and meditation. Open to all fitness levels.

Class Location: MAP | Meeting point is 15 minutes before class in front of the cafe Le Pain Quotidien inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there you'll walk together to the class location. Closest park entrance is West 69th Street. Bathrooms are available.
