Vinyasa Yoga classes open to all fitness levels. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building core strength with a mindful focus.

The class takes a meditative approach, but there is still a good amount of movement and some sweat. Emphasis is on breathing and healthy pose alignment. Each class ends with final relaxation and meditation.

$15 per class. Reservations are required! Mat rentals available w/ pre-reservation.

12 Noon:  Mondays & Fridays / Saturdays & Sundays
6PM:  Tuesdays & Thursdays

(All classes are 75 minutes long)
