Reconnect to nature with yoga in Central Park!

Unlock tension and relieve stress! Our classes place an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment with a mindful focus. Reservations required.


Classes run from April to November (weather permitting). Choose "Central Park Yoga Class" to see the current schedule and to book.


Cleanse and recharge the body while building core strength and flexibility. While class takes a meditative approach, there is still a good amount of movement and some sweat!

We offer drop-in group classes, private classes, corporate events and yoga retreats.

-Classes are 1 hour long.

-Open to all fitness levels - we offer variations and options to fit every body!

-All classes end with meditation & final relaxation.

-Reservations are required - space is limited.

-No mat rentals: please bring your own yoga mat / towel, or practice directly on the grass.
