This small but impressive bar is a historic locale, a work of art and a centerpiece of the Carlyle Hotel. The bar has recently become known for its live music, and features a variety of drinks (a "Famous Cocktails" menu among them) as well as refined takes on traditional bar food (Ahi Tuna tacos, mini burgers) in addition to seafood and caviar.
