The 25 Central Park West condo board has sued the city of New York over the proposed protected bike lane. The lane’s impact includes the removal of over 400 parking spots between 59th Street and 110th Street.
Critics of the measure say that the city and the DOT violated NY state law by not completing an environmental review, which would address the impact that the lane would have on traffic and parking for residents.
