During the month of April, the NYC Parks & Recreation Department is celebrating MillionTreesNYC. There will be a slew of fun events hosted throughout the parks in the five boroughs.
Central Park, of course, will be home to a number of the these tree-loving festivities, such as Understories: Secrets of the Forest Floor and Park Uncommon Ground Lecture Series: The History & Evolution of Gardening Tools. For more information of these events, click the links.
