Central Park isn’t just about greeneries, meadows and woodlands. It is also a home to aquatic landscapes.
On the 22nd of March, Central Park Conservancy will launch a vibrant exhibit that will showcase aquatic ecosystems and the Conservancy’s care of 150 acres of water in the middle of an urban area.
Group tours are available for families, individuals, students, and educators with two-weeks advance registration required. Starting in April, aquatic discovery journals and exploration guides will be available to help facilitate visitors’ experiences with water bodies in the Park.
Exhibit Location: Charles A. Dana Discovery Center, 110th Street between Fifth and Lenox Avenues. Dates and Times: Daily, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
