This is the 35th anniversary of the Central Park Conservancy, and the 5 films that will be shown over the next 5 days all date from 1980. The films are:
Aug. 25, Fame
Aug. 26 The Blues Brothers
Aug. 27 Airplane
Aug. 28 Raging Bull
Aug. 29 Superman II
Bring a blanket and a picnic dinner. The event starts at 6:30 PM with a DJ, and the movies will all start at 8 PM. The location is north of the Sheep Meadow, between Sheep Meadow and the 72nd Street Terrace Drive. Please enter the Park at 72nd Street at Central Park West or Fifth Avenue.
