April 18, 2023 - It's official, the Loeb Boathouse is contracted to open sometime this summer. You won't be waiting too long to dine lakeside again.
The new 10-year contract with Legends Hospitality gives the group a license to run the boathouse’s restaurant, snack bar and rowboat rentals. In return they are required to spend more than $3 million on upgrades.
The goal is to be open by June 1st.
