The NY Philharmonic will perform June 12th on the Great Lawn in Central Park, and then continue to perform throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City.
Programs are set to include acts by Gioachino Rossini with his Italian melodramma La gazza ladra Overture, 20th century American composer Aaron Copeland's Ho-Down from Rodeo, Sergei Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2, and works by the New York Philharmonic-affiliated Very Young Composers of New York City.
