Meet Flaco, an eagle owl with large talons and an intense stare that is stopping visitors in their tracks. You can find him in the zoo's Temperate Territory section perching on branches and trees and turning his head.
Eagle owls are one of the largest owl species and can have a wingspan of up to 79 inches.
