Fragrance company Bond No. 9 has added a new fragrance to its line of 58 scents named for the different neighborhoods in the city. This one is Central Park South - the third in its Central Park series which includes Central Park West and Fifth Avenue. The scent is a combination of grapefruit flower with green ivy, jasmine, cedar bark, lily of the valley and jonquil, meant to be reminiscent of early spring bloom in Central Park. The brand's owner, Laurice Rahme, develops the fragrances from the symbolic feelings she gets in the beloved neighborhoods of New York.
The bottle features a white background covered in fuchsia flowers. It comes with a giant fuchsia flower bracelet that converts into a brooch a la Carrie Bradshaw.
The perfume retails for $260 for a 100-millileter bottle, or $390 for the Swarovski crystal covered version.
