Every year a section of Central Park is transformed into a winter wonderland with snow making machines for Winter Jam. This year's Winter Jam will take place on January 24th from 11am to 3pm at the Naumburg Bandshell. The event is done by NYC Parks, Lake Placid, I Love NY, and I Ski NY and features snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding lessons, sledding, kicksledding and more.
