David Rockwell, the set designer of the play SYLVIA, which is returning to Broadway this coming October, was interviewed by broadworld.com. The subject of "Sylvia", is a dog, the couple who adopts her, and the comedy that results. The play takes place in and around Central Park.
Mr. Rockwell and his team spent time exploring Central Park and examining where in Central Park the scenes would have taken place. Mr. Rockwell explains how Central Park is another character in the play. For anyone who owns a dog and lives near the park, you know how important the park is to you and your four legged friend.
