Feb 13th, 2026 - The Central Park Conservancy is offering new tours and an online hub highlighting Seneca Village, a 19th-century community of free Black New Yorkers that once stood where Central Park is today.
Part of Black History Month, the initiative combines research, archaeology, and a new 3D model to honor the village’s legacy and ensure its story is remembered.
