It filed for bankruptcy on December 31, 2009, and then reopened in October 2010 as an information center and gift shop. In 2012, it closed again for renovations and resumed restaurant operations in April 2014. The restaurant also shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 but successfully reopened in April 2021 and has remained fully operational since then.
