Pickleball
New this year! Wollman Rink transforms into the largest Pickleball installation in the Northeast with 14 courts.
Last summer the rink was transformed into a roller disco, this summer will be Pickleball. Players can make reservations online up to a week ahead. Walk-in court time is subject to availability.

2022 - 2023 Ice Skating Season
The ice skating season concluded on March 15th.

Public Skate Session Hours
- Monday & Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Premier Pass: Upgrade your experience!
- 2 hours of heated rinkside access to the Chill Lounge
- Private skate rental concierge service (skates are brought to you)
- Dedicated locker for storing belongings.
- Light refreshments, hot cocoa and snacks
Premier Passes are released one week in advance of public skating dates. Available as an add-on to admission for $30 during online ticket purchase or at the box office. Skate rentals are also separate.

Figure Skating & Ice Dance Session Hours
Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Skate School
Group and private classes for basic skills, figure skating, ice hockey, and synchronized skating. All levels, from beginner to advanced, and ages 4 to adults are available.
These programs run from October through February or March.

Opened in 1949, Wollman Rink has been a favorite attraction of Central Park for decades. Ice skating in fall and winter is one of the most popular things to do among New Yorkers and tourists alike. Glide across the ice under a star-covered sky, while surrounded by the splendor of the Manhattan skyline!
The rink is located just a few minutes' walk from the south entrance of W. 59th Street and 6th Avenue.
