Global Citizen Festival 2025
Join the Movement: Take Action Today to Make a Global Impact!
The Global Citizen Festival is a powerful annual event that combines music, activism, and community to drive meaningful change worldwide.
Founded in 2012, the festival is organized by the Global Poverty Project and features powerful performances by world-class artists alongside calls for action led by activists, global leaders, and everyday citizens to unite against extreme poverty, climate change, and inequality.
The festival is timed to coincide with the United Nations General Assembly, leveraging this global platform to secure policy shifts and financial commitments toward achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — a blueprint to end extreme poverty and protect the planet by 2030.
Past headline performers include Neil Young, Foo Fighters, Stevie Wonder, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Coldplay, Billie Eilish, and many others.
