TICKETS
You can earn tickets to the festival by taking action on the Global Citizen app to help end extreme poverty. After taking a series of actions, you’ll be eligible to redeem your points and be entered into a ticket draw. Starting July 30, Global Citizens will have four different opportunities to earn points toward earning tickets. This year’s actions are organized along four mission-driven themes: health, education, gender equality and the environment.

SEATING
Tickets acquired through Global Citizen are general admission. If your tickets are redeemable through Ticketmaster, you will be able to see where your tickets are located.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and (non-alcoholic) beverages are available to purchase during the festival. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will also be available for purchase. Water refill stations will be provided by MSNBC at no cost. Metal water bottles are not permitted at the festival.
NOT PERMITTED
Alcohol, audio recording devices, backpacks, bicycles or scooters, blankets, CamelBak backpacks, chains or chain wallets, cameras larger than point-and-shoot (if you can remove the lens, don’t bring it), chairs, coolers, drones, fireworks, flags, Frisbees, glass or metal containers (including reusable water bottles such as Swells), illegal drugs or paraphernalia, laser pens or similar focused light, lighters, musical instruments, pets or animals, selfie sticks, skateboards, vapes, cigarettes, smoking devices, sports balls, tents, tripods, umbrellas, unlicensed vending of any kind, weapons, video recording equipment, water squirt guns. Bags are subject to search.
PETS
Pets are not allowed into the shows. Service animals and seeing eye dogs are allowed.
WEATHER
Show is RAIN or SHINE and are only cancelled in the event of dangerous conditions. Announcements are made on the Facebook & Twitter pages. Small umbrellas are permitted inside the venue.
