Six free concerts by the water, from July through August.
The Harlem Meer Performance Festival is a free outdoor concert series that has run every summer since 1993 on the Charles A. Dana Discovery Center plaza in the north end of Central Park.
Six local acts perform across six Sundays in July and August, with the Harlem Meer directly behind the stage. No tickets, no registration, and the shows are all ages.
The full lineup runs through August 23, covering soul, gospel, Latin, hip-hop, and dance.

- August 23: Ray Delgado Project, Jazz, Soul, Latin, World, Dance
The festival takes place rain or shine. Cancellations for severe weather are announced by 12:00 PM on the day of the performance.
Location
The festival takes place on the Charles A. Dana Discovery Center plaza, inside Central Park at 110th Street between Lenox Avenue and Fifth Avenue. Enter at Central Park North between Malcolm X Boulevard and Fifth Avenue, or at 110th Street and Fifth Avenue.
Admission
All shows are free. All ages are welcome. No tickets or pre-registration required.
Concessions
Concessions are not provided. You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. The plaza is accessible to wheelchair users.
Getting There
Take the 2 or 3 train to 110th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard, or the 4 or 6 train to 110th Street and Lexington Avenue.
